Co-Creating Ethical Systems
Lived Experience • Research • Advocacy
I bring lived experience, research, and practice together to strengthen meaningful participation in child and family social work.

About
I work across UK local authorities and universities as a research associate, peer researcher, educator, and parent advocate. My work focuses on meaningful participation in child and family social work, including child protection and safeguarding.
I contribute to funded research and support the development and improvement of family group conferencing (FGC) and parental advocacy services. I also coordinate the Camden Family Advisory Board, creating space for dialogue between families and professionals. Through training and facilitation, I help leaders and practitioners embed more relational and ethical approaches in everyday decision-making.Education
